So probably a long shot... but anyone know of a good Subacute Rehabilitation Facility?
My grandpa has to go to subacute rehabilitation.... I am looking for the best one out there.. especially for neurological and cognitive since he's having so many problems w/ that since his stroke... please let me know. THanks!!
