need low fat or ww recipie for chicken cutlets...
i am trying to figureout what to do with a pack of chicken cutlets that i really dont want to freeze for wednesday nights dinner i will be eating alone but i can have left overs for my dh for when he gets home form teh yankee game. any ideas. thanks

You can just bake them in the oven with some olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano...sort of Greek.

I have a good recipe. I got it from the Weight Watchers website.... It's for Italian Chicken Roll-Ups. It's really good! Let me know if you're interested. You basically roll the cutlets around a mozzarella stick, there are seasoning of course, and add sauce.
