New York Road Runners...Running Class!
I had my first class yesterday...it is so much fun to run with others who have the same passion.
Even with my bad knee my coach thought i was a great runner and should be in the 8 minute mile group  
Hopefully doctor will help give me insight about my bad knee tomorrow!

My brother runs also, I believe he ran/runs with them, or at least a race (his name came up under their registration page for a race when I googled my maiden name...lol)
I know he runs in the park all the time.

The NYRR ones are...but there are running clubs on Long Island too.
I hurt my knee...had to cancel out of this class and take the one in May!
