 Working Moms-
Do you feel like you have Mommy brain?
If you do how do you deal with it?

I know I am not as sharp and on as I once was. But I also have horrible Mommy brain too. I started singing songs from Mommy and Me and Play with Me Sesame Street in class today it was awful. My students were looking at me like and then we all joined in a chorus of "I love you, you love me..... "

Oh I do that all the time and I sit right outside my bosses office and he will ask me what the heck am I singing and laugh at me when I tell him. Also a co worker sits in the next cubby just shakes his head and laughs and tells me I need to get another hobbie insstead of sitting in front of the tv with my daughter but they are joking cuz they laugh at me

 Re: Working Moms-
I read something - althought who knows where about the depletion of minerals during pregnancy. That combined with lack of sleep creates mommybrain...
I'm assuming we're talking about forgetfulness?

 Re: Working Moms-
My job equires me to be on the ball, of not, patient's lives can be on the line and I have definitely seen a change in my abilities, and my patients have seen it too!!! Once I forgot to change my outift after my daughter spit up on me before I left for work, and there I was in a huge meting with the big-wigs of the hospital and I was presenting a problematic patient and I had spit-up down my back and across my shirt, no on cared to tell me until after my presentation. In th eoast I would have NEVER forgotten to change, my appearance was always so important to me and still is but I just forgot! MUSH!!!
