Health Care Proxy Question
In light of everything going on, can someone tell me where DH and I go to do this - the health care proxys and living wills - is there anything else I need to do?

Personally and from a professional standpoint, I would use an attorney who works in estate planning. In addition to the Health Care Proxy and Living Will, you will want a Last Will and testament and a DURABLE Power of Attorney. Most attorneys in NY will do a durable POA but it's important that you know that is what you are getting. In addition, you may have circumstances that would make some other planning techniques a good idea.
