It's such a tease!!! I hate that! Then the rest of the afternoon drags on & on forever. And with my DD, if she only naps that long, she is a cranker by dinner time. It always seems to happen on those days that I really need the break too.

I hear you. Now that DD is starting to shed her second nap, I always hope that the first one is 2 hours (sometimes she'll go fo 3 )

How about "why do 1.5 hour naps make her stay up until 10:30" I guess I have to come to terms with the fact that my 2 1/2 yr old no longer needs a nap.

Me either...My DS is protesting naps today. Right now he is in his crib for the 3rd time today. His eyes are sooooooo red, but he just will not nap.
