Why did she stop STTN?? How can I make her do it again?? PLease help!!

DD was STTN for a few weeks and late last week she stopped. She is teething a little, but not cutting a tooth. I've upped her formula intake. she is 4 months and wakes up between 3:30 and 4:30 am every single night and does not want to go back to sleep. I tried giving her a bottle or not, rubbing her back, giving her the paci..nothing works. She's been sleeping in her crib for a while, so it's not that.

the only thing I've noticed the past few nights is I put her on her back and she usually rolls onto her side at some point and sleep like that. now she's rolling onto her tummy and her arms get caught under her and I think that's why she's waking..but how can I help that??

I am a ZOMBIE. I'm a FTWM, my mom just had hip replacement, so I've been running to the hospital and now her house to help her, we're having a block party this weekend, so I've been prepping for that (shopping, cleaning, cooking). I can barely function anymore bc I am up at 4am and she's not going back to sleep.

Please share tips, advice, anything.

4 Month sleep regression....you may find some stuff in related items. She will stop after a week ro so. Good luck
