I cannot for some reason get the "INFO" buttonto work on my cablevision box SO I have no idea about SNL
I have hardly watched this season.. tried last week and it STUNK

same here - and we have cablevision too! our info button has not worked in months...any time i press it, it either doesnt come on or it freezes the tv.  i really have to call about it.

mine dose the same thing if i turn the channel then turn it back and hit the info button it works ..maybe try that
