Whoops!!! Completely off on due date!
So I go to the doctor on Friday for my first appt / sonogram and everything looks great........ except my bean already looks like a baby!!  I'm like WTF -- did technology improve or something because this is not what happened the last time....?!? 
Turns out what I thought was my last period in March wasn't. And I still can't wrap my head around it because it had all the signs of a normal period -- last for several days, average flow and everything. It was either implantation bleeding, old blood, I don't know.
Baby is measuring close to 12 weeks right now. I can't for the life of me remember when my last period was in February either. The other issue is big babies run in my family... so I'm not sure if DC's measuring big because we have big babies or because of the timing. At any rate, it's definitely close to because like I said, there was a baby in there...bouncing around, crossing his/her legs, etc etc. Now it's been a whirlwind of appointments because I have to do the US ASAP and had to get the bloodwork done over the weekend -- all 12 vials. The doctor also had me due to the GD test already because of the big baby issue (unfortunately have to do it again at 7 months).
I guess it all makes sense considering I started feeling really nauseated around what I thought was week 3 and I'm like how can I feel this way so early?? Am I having twins?? (no...)
Guess I know now.

Thanks guys!  As weird as it still feels, I was relieved I "jumped" 4 weeks. Hopefully sooner end to nausea.
