Who wants a challenge....
Ok, so come spring, DH and I are going to finally get around to our bedroom decorating....here is the catch, EVERYTHING has to be from amazon.com (lots of gift certificates) and no more than $1000 total. We need EVERYTHING. Furniture not included, but maybe bedside tables.
This is the bedding and we are painting the wall chocolate brown.....

this will be the new dresser, we think
So Im curious what everyone would get to redo a entire bedroom for $1000 bucks on amazon.
Definitely need rug, something for above the bed, other wall art, curtains/drapes. Accent chairs, bedside tables are all OK too as long as its in the budget.

My sister in law painted her bedroom chocolate brown. She has a blue and brown comforter set, White furniture....It looks amazing

I love a light silvery blue with chocolate brown. I would get throw pillows and maybe a vase or two. If the walls are furniture are going to be dark you will want to keep accessories on the light side.

I bought one for my bathroom... I think it would look really nice as an art piece in your new room:

thats my bedding!! except in a slightly different color, instead of white around the edges its tan, and I got it from overstock! I have to say its a total PIA when you wash it, it wrinkles so much you have to iron the entire thing! I love it but I curse at it every other week when I wash it
