Do you vote in the Primary Elections? I never have before but I am seriously considering it this time.

I think I have only missed one opportunity to vote in twenty years because I was on vacation and it was an off cycle local primary. I vote in all primary, state, and federal elections.

As an expat, I find they change the rules for registration every time it's time to vote. It's such a PITA.
I know I have to register every four years, but I'm not sure how to do the primaries from abroad. They did something new last election, so I have to see if that's happening again.
