That would be me.... I'm not out of here until close to 6 usually, especially on a Friday because the doctor likes to chat after hours... However, today, I think I'm bolting at 5:30 the LATEST. DH has been home for hours, his office closed at noon.

Me, but I don't really mind.
Got a project at 2:30 that I need to start today.
My regular leaving time is 4:30, so at least I shouldn't have too much traffic leaving the city, since everyone else seems to leave early. Early buses on pre-holidays are always packed, my 5:08 should be pretty empty.

Working from home today but still working, yes.
They closed the offices at 3 pm today so I will be signing off soon.

I don't know why the hell my office is still open. We normally close at 3 today but the 2 partners and 2 out of 3 managers are all out today, so I guess they don't care about giving the rest of the office an early out. I'm seriously irritated.

I feel your pain. Apparently someone who works an earlier shift than 9-5 complained in the past that it wasn't fair to the ppl who come in early that they don't get to leave even earlier than the early let out time. So the boss said ok then no more early dismissal!
