i would but i don't have the stomach for it - or any fish - right now. my dr. said it's ok to have once a week.

I think I read not to eat the white albacore kind... i could be wrong you may want to google it.

I've had it twice - once from a deli, the other time it was half a sanwhich from Panera (I had soup with it). I would love to have it more often but I'm trying not to.

It's the tuna steaks you have to worry about not tuna salad or canned tuna.

Doc told me no tuna steaks and no white albacore tuna....
He did say that I could have the chunk white tuna, but I HATE that stuff..... It grosses me out, so no tuna until Kristina is here.

i am not a huge tuna fan but i did have a little last night (it was in a recipe i make) once in awhile (not often at all) i will want a tuna melt...
