Who here has a nanny? I have some questions

Ok so I will be working more and we are looking to get a live out nanny.
We found a great agency through a friend. Now here are my questions-
what did you ask
what was important to you

and

do they do cleaning, laundry and cooking for you too? and if you dont mind me asking what do you pay?
do you give vacation/personal/sick days?
Do you pay hourly or weekly?

a woman the agency selected for us does cleaning/laundry/cooking etc and watches DD but this is all new to me so I dont know what to ask at the interview. She will be coming with the Rabbi from the agency.
