I always get my plants from Bloomin Haus nursery in Holtsville. Their prices are already great, and they are also having a buy 2 get 1 free sale now.

Lowe's and HD have shrubs (rhododendrons, etc...) for $7 in 1 gallon pot. They have 1 year warranty.
I have been successful with them.
