Does anyone know who I would call in Suffolk county to complain that we haven't had hot water for 2 1/2 weeks. Health Dept or something? We are being jerked around by our super and we are tired of it. I know that we should have complained a while ago but we were trying to be understanding but we've had enough. This jerk hasn't even returned our phone calls in the past week!
