Who bought DH the photo wallet from Brookstone?
What the heck are we doing wrong with this thing? I gave it to DH for christmas from Victoria and 4 times it has said NO IMAGE when he's turned it on to show someone the pictures.
Does the battery need to be charged everyday? It doesn't even give a warning that the battery is low. The battery life is 3 hours and some days he never turns it on and we still have to download the images again

The battery life is terrible!!!!!! I bought the wallet when we first had our daughter and it was great the first week and then kept dying. We never had problems with the image. I had the keychain and that is even worse. The thing kept faloling off the chain and eventually the chain broke and I lost it somewhere.

I thought it was such a great gift but I hate that it keeps happening whenever he goes to be the proud Daddy and show off his little girl

I got it for my FIL and he loves it. I ahd it a week before I gave it to him to upload the pictures and test it out for him. Not once have either of us had an issue. Sorry. I would call the company and get another one, maybe you have a dud?
