white post farms birthday party moms have a question

if you had a party for your kid at white post recently can you tell me how much notice you need to add a kid and if you find out last minute is it a big deal to add one. thanks

i am pretty sure you have up to 3 days before the party to add a child. Did you give them your list yet?

We had a few "extras" show up, siblings and those that didn't rsvp. It was no problem. They just personalized a hat for them- it was our favor.

I think it was about $15 per child.

its not my party. im asking becuase one of the moms from the class is having a party there and one of the girls said no awhile back and then on saturday said since they arent going away they can make it now and the mom said oh so and so will miss you we confirmed last week the number of kids. i told my girlfriend i think the mom could easily add one kid. just curious what the protocol is there. thanks.
