white noise machine
what one works for your DC? DD does great with the sleep sheep but tends to wake up when it goes off. looking for one that can stay on longer.

We have the homedics one. It plays 3 different songs, 3 different sounds, and has a projector. It has a timer but we keep it on all night (just the sound, we stopped using the projector). It was $20 at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

That's what we used, too. Though DS is 7 months old and doesn't seem to need it any more!

This is the one we use. Bought it after I saw a small doctors office use it for patient privacy. Does the job so well that we take it with us to hotels to eliminate hallway noise. We use it every night so that little sister doesn't get woken up by big sisters bedtime routine.

I downloaded the white noise baby app for my android phone. I keep the phone plugged in and let it play for hours. It has tons of different noise settings. I also use it to keep her calm at the pediatrician.

We use this one... in fact we bought a second because we separate the twins for naps. It really helps to drown out noise, we're in close quarters here...

We use this one from Amazon. It stays on all night and even has a blue night light on the top. We love it! Used to use our phone...but would be without a phone from when she went to bed until whenever.

we have this one.its great. several noises, we like the beach the best, and the best part is if there is noise it s=detects it gets louder then goes back down after a few mins. Customer service is awesome as well

This is what I've had since before DD was born. No one in my house can sleep without one! My parents have used one forever too.

I love it because it has different noises like a heartbeat, ocean, raindrops and songs. It also projects different scenes on the wall or ceiling (adjustable). My sister then went and got me the portable one- what a lifesaver! It was $18 at BBB
