White elephant gift exchange
So DH holiday party is having a white elephant gift exchange, I have no idea what to buy for it (bc of course now this is my responsability lol). The max amount if $20. Most of them dont have actual desk or cubicle as sometimes different days they travel to different location so no desk accessories. We are in the south so no scarfs or gloves. It have to be gender neutral. Please give me some ideas.

picture frame, movie tix, umbrella, movie nite gift basket, nice chocolates, ornaments, coffee and tea gift basket, fondue pot, games like apples to apples or something like that, snuggie, ice scraper glove thing, crank flashlight, led headlight, "emergency" kit basket,

I thought the whole point of a white elephant gift was that they are humorous or gifts that were used or unwanted. Drugstore.com has a whole white elephant gift section: http://www.drugstore.com/holiday/white-elephant/qxg307119-0
I bought DH the President Pez Dispensers for a stocking stuffer from there.
