Anyone have a good White Bean Turkey Chili Recipe?

im no chef, but id guess that making a regular chili and using just white beans is acceptable?

I made it this past weekend using a mccormack packet. It was good! I used chunks of chicken breast but if I did it again I'd use ground turkey.

This is "mine" - it used to be a recipe that I have altered & altered for DH's taste:

Turkey White Bean Chili:
2 pounds turkey
1 red pepper - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 red onion - - chopped
6 cloves garlic - chopped
2 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans (you can just do 2 cans of white if you prefer)
1 can white cannelli beans (sp?)
1 can corn
2 TB tomato paste
4 TB chili powder
1/4 cup red pepper flakes
A LOT of melt your face off hot sauce (from pepperheads - you can't get hot enough hot sauce from the supermarket)
*optional - 1/2 bar of dark chocolate

Brown turkey. Drain & set aside. Cook garlic, peppers, onions till softened. Add in turkey and everything else. Cook for about 1.5 hours
