Which vitamin is the "Hair and Nails Vitamin"?
....cause I need it.
I don't want to take a daily vitamin - actually, my hemotologist told me not to, because my blood tests show that my diet provides enough of the right nutrients.
I want to strengthen and lengthen my hair and nails. I already drink plenty of water.
My Dr. told me the vitamin to take, but I lost the paper I wrote it on, and he's on vacation until mid-March!
Anyone know?

found it - thank you. off to costco tomorrow to buy a big bottle.
250 pills and roughly 250 days til the wedding. works out well!

I've also heard that bottled water with silica in it is good for hair & nails. I think it's in FIJI water.

WOW ! I've never heard that. But I guess it makes sense. You don't want to overdose on vitamins (which I have been told can happen). Sounds like you know the right foods to eat!!!

yes, i was surprised myself...my calcium level was about 150 percent of what it needs to be daily! nooo osteo for me
