I agree with Stefanie. I think a strappy silver sandal would look great with both dresses. (Which are both really nice!  )

I would do a peep toe with it...in a saddle brown like this one from Aldo's
Peep Toe
or if you really want to be daring...I love the look of a yellow shoe with purple...I think it would also work with the blue

for everyday - i would go with wedges.
i would pick a neutral color - natural or brown.
if you want to dress it up - go w/ metallic and strappy.

For the record I am  about that purple dress!
It looked a bit short on the model- and I read that it is 33 inches from top of shoulder to hem.
Which on my 5 9 frame equals a shirt.
My bits would barely be covered.
Booooo!
I wanted it SOOOO bad! 
It's times like this I CURSE my height!
