which rock n play?
does it matter?? i registered for the snug a bunny one, but i see that there is a lamb and a regular tan one....the plain one is 20 bucks cheaper...is there a comfort level difference or is it just that you pay for the "snug a bunny" "my little lamb" name/look?
any insight would be greatly appreciated! this one item has me going back and forth lol
thanks in advance. sincerely the crazy first time momma to be

We got the bunny too, but mostly because it's the first I saw. I saw the cheaper one later but someone had already bought it. Not sure if it really makes a difference. Maybe the bunny ears cradle more?

Re: which rock n play?
As a first time mom too I'm not sure of the differences but I did register for the snug a bunny one because it looked more comfortable with the extra padding and I'm planning on having her sleep in that in my room for a bit

The more expensive one has more padding. Still safety tested and approved, though, of course. The less expensive one has less fabric under them. Babies are supposed to sleep on hard surfaces for proper brain development and to prevent suffocation so there isn't that much of a difference. The snug a bunny one also is kinda fuzzy/warmer. You're never supposed to put extra bedding nor padding under the baby in the rnp.
We have the original (yellow with pastel color circles) and never had any issues (no flat head, nothing) and DD slept in it over 9 m. Check them out in-store, but the bottom line is there is no big difference.

There's also a "deluxe" one that is the same price as the original. I'm confused, too!

I just wanted to give a plus to the regular models. If this or future DC's will be using it in the summer, the regular model is great. The fabric stays cool and breathable. We always bring it to parties and BBQ's bc DD hates to be held when it's hot. She's so happy to be in there to stay cooler.

We registered for and received the regular model. It got the same reviews as the higher priced ones, so we just went with it. Hopefully the baby likes it as much as everyone says theirs does!

I registered for the bunny one - it's the first one I saw and I liked the neutral colors.

I was going to say the same thing. I have the yellow one, but at the time that was the only one available. If I were going to buy one today I would get the ones with more padding. Although DS didn't have any issues with flatness, I did end up putting the Boppy Noggin Nest and a soft/plush blanket in-between the backing and the fabric to make sure it was soft enough.
