Which product is best for increasing milk supply?
Looking into getting something to help increase my milk supply. DD isn't really latching so I've been pumping and giving her what I can of breast milk.

mothers milk tea, Fenugreek, Motherlove More Milk Plus (get the liquid), drink lots of water, oatmeal (not the instant kind)

Which product is best for increasing milk supply?
I use both mothers milk tea and fenugreek. They have the same ingredient. But the combo worked well for me. I noticed a huge drop in supply when I stopped for like 2 days.

I have lots of answsers, (some are listed above) but would need to know what you have tried and how long you are pumping for, X's a day and for how long each session

Which product is best for increasing milk supply?
I have been pumping every three to four hours but on average I only get 3-5 oz. In the beginning I was getting 8-10 oz plus! I am only pumping as DD won't latch no matter what I have tried alone and with the LC. Dd is just a few weeks old and is already up to 3 oz andim barely able to keep up. I was only pumping for 15 ms before..now 25-30 ms. I really don't want to take anything artificial to increase my supply but I'm nervous I won't meet her needs for much longer. I have been drinking tons of water, massaging my breasts before and during pumping and eating oatmeal. I would love any other suggestions.
