Which Pre-natal?
I was given a few samples that I have been taking but I am going for my first appt next week and obviously they are going to ask me which one I prefer. I did not have side effects to any of them(thankfully!) so I dont know which one to use. I tried PrimaCare One, NovaNatals, Citracal, and Natalle EZ.

natell EZ - they are easy on the stomach so it doesnt matter when you take them or if its on an empty stomach.

I take Citrcal. I don't mind it b/c I can take it at night (it's a once a day) so I don't get sick.
