Which one would you chose?

I interviewed with 2 companies. One I had my second interview with the VP of Operations today. The other I interviewed with the Gm and he wants me to interview with the owner tues.

Company A, descent size transition company, I really liked the VP she was very nice, down to earth. The person I would work directly for who I interviewed with has since been moved out of that position so my position and the other there would be 2 new people on the "team".Their sounds like a lot of room for growth. Good compensation package. Ok money. I think about 50 people work in total for the company.

Company B-Small company, descent position, great money about 5-8k more then company A, ok comp package. Forseeable limited growth potential but job itself seems okay and company although small about 30 people seemed like a nice place.

That is a tough one. Unless you really need a nice increase in pay, I would go with the one with the one in which you are more comfortable with the people you are going to be working with. If there is opportunity to grow, your compensation will grow as well.

I would personally go with company A

I would work for the company where either there's room for growth (assuming you want to stay there longterm) OR where I will learn alot from so it will help me career-wise.

Alot of times it's not even about the money, it's about the people you work with and what you get out the job.
