I like the 2nd if it's a gift you want her to wear when she's older. (you can pass it to her at her Bat Mitsvah)

I got a plain round disc from Precious Accents and had their name on one side and birthdate on the back. I have one for each but I wear both all the time and plan to pass them down to them when they are older, maybe Andy will chose to give it to his wife.
Maybe if you get in touch with them they can write in Hebrew for you.
