Which is a better time to go to Disney with an almost 2 year old.
We really want to try to take DS to Disney this year, but since I work in a school now it revolves around when I have off which is unfortunately the busiest and most crowded times.
We are thinking either April break just after easter (which is a very busy time, and of course flights are expensive). OR Memorial Day weekend since I am off the Friday and Monday that weekend.
If we go memorial Day weekend we would try to stay on the property but will only have 3 days to spend in Disney. Do you think that is enough time, would we be too rushed? DS will be a few weeks shy of 2.
If we go in April we would stay longer (5 or 6 days) but not sure we could afford to stay on the property (which isn't a deal breaker for me at all). We would rent a car which we have always done in the past anyway. I like the freedom of having the car to go where we want to go.
Which do you think would make more sense with an almost 2 year old? I obviously need to decide soon since April break is coming fast!
Any tips or suggestions on how to save $ (especially during April break) would be greatly appreciated!!

We're planning the same trip when I visit my family in late May, so I'll let you know what I find. There's a lot of nice resorts that are off site that are SO MUCH cheaper.
I would go in April. All the FL kids are out of school by Memorial Day and it will most likely be mobbed, but then again spring break might be crazy too.
