Hmm. Honestly, I like #2 better.
I feel like you see dresses like #1 often.
Dress #2 would be more fun to accessorize. It's a blank canvas, and different for a LBD.

I like 2 better but I know 1 would be more flattering for me (neckline-wise). They are both nice, I would say it depends which neckline is more flattering for your body/face shape!

I like #1, but I think the sleeve length on #2 is more suited for this time of year. Both are very pretty though!
