which do you recommend?

since i am sick and food is not agreeing with me, what would you recommend to get some nutrients and help me get better?

something like Ensure or something like Pedialyte.

TIA! im open to suggestions!

I always give my son pedialyte when he has these problems.
Me personally I stick to soup broth Chat Icon

I would try ensure my sister has a very bad eating disorder and they advise her to take that for the nutrients she is losing !Hope that helps

If you have what DH has, this stomach virus it depends.

If you are feeling nauseas then ginger ale and saltines are good to settle your stomach.

NOTHING with even the mildest of spices or condiments.

I agree with the soup. Start with broth, then chicken noodle, then some veg if you can.

try Boost....I used to have a problem with eating breakfest and lunch and would get lightheaded, so I would drink a Boost...they taste good and they are not high in fat, but lots of nutrients.....

thanks all! i bought some advantage shakes, they actually have more in them than ensure and they are yummy! so far so good, so i am trying some saltines. oy! Chat Icon
