which crib sheets did you get?
i bought Gerber ones from BRU and after washing, they shrunk to half the size! anyone have experience with buying a good set of crib sheets?

Pottery Barn. They don't shrink.
In my experience, all Gerber stuff shrinks (even the onesies and pj's....you have to buy 2-3 sizer larger!!!!).

I like to use organic sheets. With my DD, Under the Nile were the best - never shrunk! We had Gap Organic ones that shrunk and P'Klino ones that ripped.
With DS (I'm preg now), I bought a Pottery Barn Kids Organic one but know how it will hold up and an Under the Nile set.

I got the Carters Easy Fit velour crib sheet. They are super soft! Love 'em so much I got one in chocolate and ivory/ecru.

Thanks to another poster on LIF I switched to Clouds & Stars Zipper Sheets when ds#1 was a few months old & it was the best decision ever - they are SO easy to change. They're over 2 years old now so I'm going to get a new/fresh set for this baby.

thanks for sharing!! i was eyeing those zipper sheets on BBB but wondered if they shrunk initially too. these gerber ones are terrible! they shrunk to approximately half the size of the mattress. i'm glad they were on sale when i bought it and weren't too expensive but goodness half the size!

Ugh - 1/2 the size is terrible!  I had organic sheets & a few "Ultimate Crib Sheets" before I switched over to the C&S zipper sheets. My organics shrunk & didn't fit right & I had a really hard time changing the UCS' on my crib...the C&S sheets were a total lifesaver - they didn't shrink on me at all!

maybe i can salvage the gerber and use them as playard sheets haha i'm definitely going to BBB tomorrow and checking the C&S out. i see BBB has them for 32.99 which is a few dollars cheaper than the C&S site too. can't wait to get some proper fitting sheets!! thanks so much again for your help!

I just got 1 so far. I got Boppy organic sheet. I washednit and dried it on delicate. It fits snug.

just wanted to update that the sheets arrived, i washed them and they fit snugly but they fit!  looking fwd to just zipping them on and off now
