We stayed at Couples Ocho Rios -- now Couples Tower Isle. It was fantastic!
I know a lot of people love Couples Negril.
No matter what, you can't go wrong, the service is out of this world.

Couples Tower Isle is the biggest. It's located near Dunns River Falls (2 hours from Montego Bay). We went to Couples Swept Away which is the 2nd biggest and located in Negril (1.5 hours from Montego Bay). (Couples Negril is further down the road, but smaller.) We loved CSA and rave about it all the time. There were some gorgeous sunsets on the west coast of the island. I agree that their service is out of this world.

We just went to Couples Swept Away last month and loved it! I actually meant to post a review on here. The service was top notch, beach is gorgeous, food was absolutely delicious, and the sunsets are the most beautiful I've seen. There are also a lot of included activities that aren't normally included at other resorts. I highly recommend CSA. Feel free to FM with any specific questions.

We LOVEEEEEEEEEEEED Couples Negril.
If you want sunsets - stay at either Couples Negril or Couples Swept Away (both in Negril). Couples Swept Away is on 7 mile beach - so if you want to be able to walk around down the beach to other resorts without taking a taxi, stay at Couples Swept Away. If you want a smaller, more intimate feel, I'd check out Couples Negril.
You honestly cannot go wrong at any of them though....
