Which Airline do you prefer?

I don't think I have ever flown with any of these airlines. The places I have been I have always used Southwest, Jetblue or Delta.

I have to travel for work next week and these 3 airlines all have flights leaving at the same time. Please tell me which one to choose! Thanks!

Those are my 3 least favorite, I'm a delta gal.

I guess United is the best of those 3? I HATE AA. And US Air I've only flown prop planes.

I've recently taken all 3 airlines. United to Vegas, US Airways back from Vegas and AA to Miami and back. United was by far and away the best airline to fly. They gave us free pillows/blankets, free headphones for the in flight entertainment, and free snacks. AA charged for all those things plus a baggage checking fee.

I don't like any of those airlines.

The worst of all 3 is US Air. Never on time! Hit and miss! Will lie to you why a plane is 4 hour late. Clueless and disorganized!

United. Overbooks flights for a living. Will go on about every flight asking people if they want a voucher to go on another flight. Always late.

American Airlines. Full of itself. Arrogant and snobish. Think they are better than you and has a "it's a privilege to fly with us" attitude. I will fly with them vs. the other two but only because I cannot have a better airline not on the list.

If I get my pick, I'm a Continental / Jet Blue girl.

But - given the choice of these three, I'd pick US Air.


I LOATHE American, I have not flown them since my honeymoon...when they changed my flight (later by 4 hours) WITHOUT notifying us and almost made DH and I MISS OUR HONEYMOON CRUISE. They were unapologetic, and rude...so they don't get my business.

I have a "thing" about United, and I don't like to fly them...it's kind of a silly thing, so I'll just leave it at that.

I've flown US Air several times down south to see my Grandparents, and it's been fine. Plus, they connect in Charlotte, which is a cute airport!!

Of the three I prefer US Airways. I will never fly AA.

I always fly Jet Blue or Delta. If I had to choose I would say US AIR. I hate United. BUT, now that they merged with Continental I might try them.

Thanks for the input everyone! Normally I won't even consider these airlines but they are my only options right now.

I voted for AA, but I have friends who are frequently fliers and they love United.

AA. I had one problem where my flight was cancelled, but it was b/c of an electrical problem with the plane. I often take them b/c they are a partner with Qantas.

I don't like US Air. The first time I'd ever taken a flight in my life there was a storm somewhere and we had to circle. All the circling made us run out of gas and we had to do a landing for more. What I didn't like was the captain got on and said "We have a problem". He then took a long pause, maybe about 3-4 Minutes. . I just thought there would have been a better manner to say that without scaring people.

I've never flown United, but I have heard so many bad things. I have lots of friends that do the Australia-US route with them and no one has had anything good to say. Their planes are old and for such a long flight you don't even get your own TV.

I prefer Jet Blue but I guess I would go with American... well, I like to google Air Disasters and try to go with the airline that has the fewest!
