Where to vote, and which districts
In case you're not sure where to vote, or which local districts you can vote for, here's an official NY State voter lookup site:

Re: Where to vote, and which districts
Trying to find some better sites, but until then, this site lists all of the candidates for all of the races, and a brief synopsis of their stances and policies:

Re: Where to vote, and which districts
Thank you for posting, my voting place is never the same and I don't recall receiving an update this time.

Re: Where to vote, and which districts
Thank you for posting this. This is a great resource. a friend of mine was looking for a comprehensive site like this that wasn't incredibly superfluous.

Where to vote, and which districts
I double checked just to make sure it was still the same and my affiliation wasn't messed with!

there's another one that works but I can't pull it up at work because it has profanity in it, but it's accurate and it's amusing (if you're as foul mouthed as I am).

I have always been a registered Dem. When I went to vote in the primaries this year, they said I wasn't a registered Dem, which was BS because I've voted in every other primary since I've been of age. I filled out a paper ballot and then revived a letter in mail that my vote didn't count bc I wasn't enrolled in a party. It also stated that they had enrolled me in the Dem party. I checked online a month or 2 ago and it was correct. I just checked again after seeing your post and it says I'm not enrolled in a party again! Wtf?!
ETA I just checked my husband's--he has always been a registered Independent. His now says "not enrolled in a party" too

Does it matter though? I didn't think it matters since it's not a primary.

Yes, I can still vote in this election but it still matters to me bc why does it keep getting changed?!
