Where to sit with a baby on a plane
May be a strange question, but I'm booking a flight now. There will be two babies under 2. We can't get a seat near the front. Should we go towards the back rather than the middle so we won't be disturbing others?

I think middle would be easier because 1) you can walk up and down the aisle and always be near your seat and 2) you will be able to get off the plane quicker than if you were in the back (with 2 small kids I would want them off the plane as fast as possible)! HTH

I think it depends on what is most important to you.
I like to fly directly behind a bulkhead. There is no seat in front of you (just a wall) so no seat for your LO to kick. Usually there is a bathroom close by. There's also more room for your child to play (and more legroom for you).

Re: Where to sit with a baby on a plane
You have to ask if it is an exit room as I know you cannot sit in an exit room with a baby- it is not considered safe. Also, make sure you ge the baby their own seat and use the car seat on the plane for safety.

The front so you don't have to see all the dirty looks when your kids start to cry or are doing normal kid stuff that annoys people on planes Also so they can't kick the seat in front of them. Chelsea loved doing that

I would have loved that, but the first available row was 13. Couldn't choose that either b/c my SIL is superstitious lol

I would get the closest to the front you can get. If not 13 then 14. You cannot be in an exit row though.

I dont think it matters really...but the back may be a little better, I have heard that over the wings helps them sleep, the noise...
