Homegoods has a lot of nice twin, full and queen size quilt sets for little girls and boys. They are great quality and their designs are very comparable to PBK and you can get an entire set for less than $100. You can also find some things from their line at Marshall's and TJ Maxx.

A buttefly one in Bed Bath and Beyond and Little Mermaid in Walmart.
