Where to get fur cleaned?

Not looking for drama...

Do I bring them to a regular cleaner or is there a special cleaners for this?

Re: Where to get fur cleaned?

I think some regular cleaners do it......but I don'tknow how safe that would be compared to a fur place doing it..........JMO.

Not sure where you live, but I know there is Bay Shore Furs on Main Street. There is Pappas Furs somewhere on Sunrise out near Patchogue or Bohemia area.

If they were mine, I would better with a furrier cleaning them.

You should contact a furrier and see who they recommend.

Bayshore Furrier in Huntington or Franklyn Furs in Syosset are both very reputable. I used to use Franklyn every year when I had a raccoon coat(that I never wanted).
