Our grocery store sells them for $5
We had to buy them as they use Ipads during computer lab I bought a set for 1st grade and reuse them every year.

Have you tried five below?
I just got my kids headphones from 5 below, but found the volume level veryyy soft. My kids were able to hear them while in the car, but I am sure if we were on a plane or someplace loud they wouldnt be good
