The Vera Wang tights from Kohls are really good!
My mom also got me Donna Karan tights from Costco that were really the best!

I really like the tights at Target.
I also bought some at Kohls recently- Apt 9 brand.

i got a few great pairs at marshalls. they were by betsy johnson, came in a pack of 3, and don't give you muffin top!  lol
2 of them were opaque and one of them had a funky design on them.
