Where to buy a rain jacket?
Dd is 4 but wears a size 6. She outgrows everything so fast that I can't see spending $40 on a raincoat. Any idea where I can find one for her possibly with a matching umbrella.

I hate buying from Amazon for clothes. She's so damn picky I like having her try things on. Carter's has a cute one. May go that route.

DD has a fleece lined poncho from gymboree. It's adorable and much easier to get on and off.
