Where is a good place to get packing supplies?

I need boxes, tape, bubble wrap or paper for the fragile stuff. We don't have a moving company yet since we are just at the beginning stages. I'm just packing up as I start to declutter.

I sell on ebay so I can help you with this. Definitely know where you can get the best prices on things as I did my research.

Boxes: Home Depot has boxes ranging from 67 cents to $1.39 I believe. Cheapest I found.

Bubble Wrap: Most UPS Stores sell the large bubbles, 12" x 250' for $39.99. That is a LARGE roll, and cheapest I found and better than any store like WalMart, Staples, and Home Depot. When comparing pricing for bubble wrap, make sure you look to see how much you get length wise. $39.99 for 250 feet of large bubbles is a GREAT price. I like large bubble over small bubbles because it protects better and you can use less of it since the bubbles are larger.

Peanuts: Again UPS Store. They sell 14 cubic foot bags for $23.99. These are HUGE bags and again, better than anything you can find cost wise at Staples, Home Depot, or WalMart.

You can also get carton sealing tape at the UPS Store for about $3.29 a roll for 110 yards. Not a bad price.

If you need a UPS Store, go to the one in Plainview on Old Country Road. I know for a fact they sell the peanuts and bubble wrap at these prices.

The UPS Store in Wantagh on Sunrise Highway, across from the Wantagh LIRR station also sells these at that price.

just moved recently and got boxes from home depot and lowes. cardboard ones you put together. same price for both, but lowes were better made and had holes for hands. home depots ripped apart before we got out the door and had no holes for hands.

walmart had the cheapest price for bubble wrap.
