where is a good mortgage calculator?
i'm toying with the idea of buying a condo once the divorce is final.
but before i get excited looking at realestate websites, i need to know if i can even afford to buy.
which mortgage calculators do you recommend?

This is a great one that I use all the time. It includes everything....principal, interest, taxes & insurance.

they're both very good and complete.
according to both... if i can save 27k for a downpayment, i'll be able to afford a condo in my neighborhood.
now i have a goal to work towards!

check out the one on the prudential dougas elliman website... it helped us predict what we'd be paying monthly for our house
