Where do you research....
...things you may potentially register for? I see reviews on the BRU website and stuff but I am skeptical of those to some degree because couldn't they control them so maybe we don't see as many negative reviews?
Any advice/websites are greatly appreciated!

I thought that BRU was VERY useful when I first registered. I also looked on epinions.com and consumerreports.com I also googled just about everything to look for anything negative!

baby bargains book, consumer reports for the stroller, and carseat...
all the other stuff I check out reviews on amazon, target, and walmart. they're pretty candid, usually. I try to go for items with more than just a few reviews...

I used the baby bargains book (and still do now that we are looking for a new stroller)--I highly recommend!
