where do you find your babysitters?
I am struggling. I need to find a babysitter for occasional weekday mornings, afternoons and then weekend evenings. I work PT from home and I am now required to be in the office more. I don't feel comfortable going on a website but what other choices are there? I am panicking about this. I also want the person to come to my home so I am limited and since its only occasional, daycare isn't even an option. How do you girls find someone?

where do you find your babysitters?
Do you have any friends with kids? Ask them to recommend theirs. That's how I found a great babysitter DH and I use for nights out.

I'm the first of all my friends...Anyone that I know has kids uses their parents. My Parents both still work and my IL's aren't in this state.
