From the bank. We're too paranoid about someone hacking into the computer from those check companies.

They aren't free at our bank so we get them at walmart.com. It costs like $10.00 total with shipping and everything

yeah, my bank does not give free ones either. In the past I have used checks unlimited and had no problem, but I wanted to see if someone had another company.

mine are free now - through the bank i now use since married (dh's)
before that i ordered them from some place that i used to always get a little mailer from. never had a problem.
