Where do you buy cute tops?
Something good quality, a little funky, but not super $$$. So a step up from Forever 21 quality-wise. But not $80.
Any suggestions for where to look?

The outlets at Deer Park -- Calvin Klein and Kenneth Cole are my faves!!
I also like BCBG for more dressy items.
The Gap is great for everday tops - and pretty reasonable, especially on sale.
Annie Sez is the best! They have some great finds and a lot of them are reduced name brands. Same thing goes for Century 21 and Marshalls.
In the mall I like Esprit a lot too!

I love Anthropologie
I did get some really pretty printed tops at Forever 21 and I was happy with the quality.
