im sure you can find them online too.
i've been improvising with regular pillows.

i got mine at bbb and used my bed bath beyond coupon. I used it for the first time last nite it was aweosme. i acutally slept past 4 am. like a normal person.

I got mine at target! I didnt get a snoogle, I just got a body pillow. it was only 10 bucks and it serves the purpose!

i believe it was around 49.00 and change. and the pillow case was 20.00. Personally i dont think you need to buy the pillow case because it comes with one on that can be removed and washed. HTH.
