Where did my ankles go?
I dont think i have ever experienced any swelling in my life till these past few weeks. I just got home from working 13 hours as an RN on my feet. My feet look HUGE especially around the ankles. I drank a lot of water, and have been limiting my salt intake. Could it just be from standing and walking to so much? well of to bed and put feet up
