Where can I get stamps besides the post office in NYC
Does Duane Reade sell them or any place like that?

Commerce has ATMs that sell them
But I odn't know if you need to have an account there or not.
And they probably won't be Christmas stamps (don't know if that is what you are looking for)

Thanks Guys. I'm pretty sure you have to have an account with them b/c I have tried this at another Commerce Bank before.
And they can be any type of stamps. I have two cards left to send out

Is there a supermarket near you? Often supermarkets sell them, but you may have to buy a whole book.
Some drug stores sell them, not all--you could call.
If there is a PO near you & you just don't want to wait on oline you should see if they have a stamp machine.
( ETA-- you can't slip them in with ofice mail?  )

I just found a search feature on USPS.com where I could find "Alternative locations to buy stamps" Who would have thought!? Not me 
Anyway, looks like the post office is closest,so I will head there.

You don't need an account at commerce to get the stamps...they just charge you the cost of the stamps to your card $6.66

or you can go to one of the USPS trucks that are parked throughout the city.
i know there's one definitely on 46th & Park, and another on 41st & 5th

OH  I was like WAIT That's not the cost of stamps. Do they charge 7.80 plus 6.66 cause you don't have an account.
